We rented this home for three weeks and are presently ending our first week here. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, even hand towels, clips for chip bags, highchair, and plasticware for kids and outside. The outside grill is magnificent and all grill accessories are in the kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and the large screen TV is easy for everyone to see. The upstairs is spacious and the beds are all comfortable. The doors to the private balconies are a little tricky but fine. A rug would be nice in the bedroom that is above the MBR below would be nice as noise/footsteps are crystal clear to the room below. Bring your own clothes hangers as there are only a few in the SPACIOUS closets.
A couple of the closets are big enough to put a small crib, if you are traveling with babies. The pool area is small but the kids and adults alike enjoyed having this area to sit and relax after being at the beach. A surprise added bonus were the four beach cruiser bikes available. There is also an outside shower. Pretty much the ONLY CON is the refrigerator. It is counter-depth and small as is the freezer. It would be great for just two people but for a gang at the beach; it is too small. The freezer is even worse and the ice-maker could not keep up with demand so we just supplemented with bags of ice, from a nearby market. Filtered water is also inside the refrigerator and a little hard to access without opening both french doors. Aside from the refrigerator, this house is gorgeous, well appointed, close to the beach; sitting/relaxing on the wrap around porch, sipping coffee, watching the world go by, is an absolute favorite of the adults in the house. Do NOT hesitate to rent this truly lovely home.
