We love the Eagle’s Landing community and stayed in a smaller unit for two years prior to trying this property. I love that this condo has updated, contemporary decor and quality furnishings. The beds are comfortable. The complex is newer and the pool is visible as soon as you open the front door. This condo is a nice retreat from the hustle and excitement of Rehoboth Beach. When we wanted to avoid the beach crowds on the 4th of July, we settled in at the condo and enjoyed the clean, beautiful pool area all afternoon and into the evening. The neighborhood is great for walking, jogging, or biking and has a lot of natural shade on the streets. We loved the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings.
This property is a walk-up (no elevator), but that didn’t bother our family (three kids, two middle-aged parent, and one grandparent). You go up two flights of steps to enter this property.
We love renting from Mann and Sons because the customer service is great and the fees are reasonable. We’re returning to this same property this year.
