The house features two master suites with private baths. All bedrooms have their own large walk-in closet. The First Floor Bedroom Suite has a Queen. Bedroom Suite #2 on the Second Floor has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has A queen and Bedroom #4 has a set of bunk beds (four twins). There is a Trundel Bed (Two Twins which can flip up to a KING!) in the loft. TWELVE can comfortably enjoy this home. This home is equipped with three full baths and a powder room. The family room is open to the kitchen/dining areas with a screened porch and patio. An added bounus is the Second Floor Loft great for relaxing and equipped with a Trundel Bed. The kitchen has everything you'll need to feel right at home (blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron, washer/dryer, large pantry) and there's a patio gas grill.

Plenty of on-site parking. You are also provided with 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for your use. Aside from the beach, there's an opportunity to get wet at the community pool or walk to an adventure at Jungle Jim's Waterpark right next door. Within walking distance are a coffee shop, golf driving range, outlet shops and The Big Fish Grill a very nice seafood restaurant.
